Tell us the destination
Include the delivery country, location and required arrival date with your enquiry. Shipping availability and the delivery arrangements for your location need to be confirmed in the quotation.
Production and transit are separate
Production depends on the agreed specification, quantity, materials and approvals. Transit begins after dispatch. A target event date is not a confirmed delivery promise; ask for a schedule that covers both stages.
Shipping costs and import charges
Your written quotation should identify shipping costs and who is responsible for customs duties, taxes and clearance charges. These charges are not assumed to be included in a product quotation.
Dispatch and tracking
The carrier, service level, tracking availability and delivery instructions are agreed for your order. Confirm your recipient details and address before dispatch.
Delays or delivery concerns
If your shipment appears delayed, incomplete or damaged, contact us with your order reference and any available tracking details. Keep packaging and photographs where relevant so the issue can be investigated.
