DESIGN

A better brief. A better kit.

Bring your team identity together before you send your first enquiry.

01

Start with the team, not just the shirt

Tell us your sport, the garments you need and who will wear them. A match kit, school collection and private-label range each start with a different brief.

02

Gather your visual references

A few clear references make your direction easier to understand. Include what you like about each image, rather than asking for an exact copy.

  • Your main and accent colours, with colour references if available.
  • Your own crest and sponsor artwork, with permission to use them.
  • Preferred front, back and sleeve placements.
  • Player names and numbers, checked for spelling.
03

Prepare an image for the enquiry form

The website accepts one PNG, JPG or WebP attachment up to 2 MB. A clear reference image is enough to start a conversation. Original vector files and production artwork can be requested later; the enquiry form does not accept PDF or SVG uploads.

04

Treat the kit designer as a starting point

Design your kit creates a football kit concept with front and back garment mockups. Colours on a screen, the preview and a finished garment can differ. Fabric, sizing, construction and final artwork need to be agreed before production.

05

Make approval easy

Assign one person to review the final design. Check the garment, colours, artwork, names, numbers and quantities against your team list before approving.
