Define the collection
List each garment separately. Include shirts, shorts, training layers and any other items you want quoted. Add a product code from the catalogue when you have a starting design.
Build one clear team list
Keep your quantities, sizes and personalisation together. A single reviewed list helps avoid conflicting instructions.
- Garment and design code.
- Quantity for each size.
- Player names and numbers, where required.
- Separate goalkeeper, staff or captain requirements.
- One nominated contact for approvals.
Share the destination and required date
Include your country, delivery location and when you need to receive the order. Your event date is not the same as a shipping date, so allow time to discuss production and delivery arrangements.
Ask the right questions before approval
Ask for the fabric and fit details, any sample options, minimum quantity, price, payment arrangements, production schedule and shipping costs. These depend on your project and should be confirmed in your quotation.
Keep the approved specification
Save the final artwork, size list and agreed order details. Use that record when discussing your order or a future repeat collection.
